The Board congratulates Karsten Klein, who is the project champion of both projects. The Open eHealth Development Tools Project and the Open eHealth Application Platform Project are the starting points for the overall OeHF development platform that is achieved to become available in 2009/2010. After the successfull launch of the second version of the OeHF Integration Platform two important communities decided to provide and publish information and links to the project. At first the Apache Camel project added the following link to the IPF project in its user stories: http://camel.apache.org/user-stories.html The DZONE community, that provides Architectural Design Patterns & Best Practices not only links to our project but also published an article from Martin Krasser, the project champion of IPF, that introduces IPF on there homepage: http://architects.dzone.com/articles/introduction-open-ehealth We congratulate Martin and the project team on these milestones that will help us a lot to enhance the community!!! |

Walldorf, February 19th The mounthly Board Meeting of the foundation confirmed the membership application from the "Center for Information Technology and Medical Engineering" of the University Hospital Heidelberg, Germany. Professor Dr. Bjoern Bergh and his team will be involved and support the developments in the OeHF and wants to share their knowledge and expertices in Healthcare IT and eHealth. The Board of the Foundation welcomes the new member and is very proud about this collaboration that will bring a great opportunity to the work of the foundation in the scientific and academic healthcare IT area. |
